Calling all new and avid golfers!
Bula Golf Club is a community-run sport and social club operating across Melbourne’s northern suburbs with the sole mission of encouraging players from all backgrounds and skill levels to come together and enjoy the great game of golf. Though you’ll primarily find them eight minutes from Peppercorn Hill Estate along Donnybrook Road at Growling Frog Golf Club, they’re also known to frequent other courses in the area.
The Peppercorn Hill Community Fund is an annual event that supports local not-for-profit groups through individual grants. As a previous beneficiary of the Dennis Family Corporation initiative, the club has put a great deal of work into promoting its Golf for All Ages program, which collaborates with local schools and organisations and encourages young players to get involved and play or learn the sport. With previous funding, the team invested in new equipment and coaching sessions to nurture the confidence and skills of these young and first-time players.
Beyond physical wellbeing, the Bula Golf Club seeks to create a closer community through cross-generation collaboration within the club, with broader goals of empowering each member and the wider community through positivity and enriching friendships.
