COMPLETED WORKS
Hillview Drive / Donnybrook Road - Major Intersection Works:
The Hillview Drive / Donnybrook Road is now signalised and open to all traffic movements.
Stages 1 – 13:
These stages are now complete, with construction of many new homes well underway.
EASTSIDE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Stage 14:
Stage 14 has reached practical completion and we are working through final compliances from the authorities. We anticipate titles to be issued March 2023.
Stage 15:
Stage 15 commenced construction in May 2022. Water tapping and house drain installation works have been completed with current works-in-progress including footpath and crossover installation. We anticipate titles to be issued between May 2023 and July 2023.
Stage 16:
Stage 16 commenced construction in May 2022. Water tapping and house drain installation works have been completed with current works-in-progress including footpath and crossover installation. We anticipate titles to be issued between May 2023 and July 2023.
Stage 17:
Stage 17 commenced construction in May 2022. Current works-in-progress include drainage, sewer, excavation of road to subgrade level and construction layer installation. We anticipate titles to be issued between September 2023 and November 2023.
Stage 18:
Stage 18 commenced construction in May 2022. Current works-in-progress include drainage and sewer works. We anticipate titles to be issued between September 2023 and November 2023.
Stage 19:
Stage 19 commenced construction in July 2022. Current works-in-progress include drainage and sewer works. We anticipate titles to be issued between September 2023 and November 2023.
Stage 20:
Stage 20 commenced construction in July 2022. Current works-in-progress include sewer works. We anticipate titles to be issued between October 2023 and December 2023.
Stage 21:
Stage 21 commenced construction in November 2022. Current works-in-progress include bulk earthworks. We anticipate titles to be issued between February 2024 and April 2024.
Stage 22:
Stage 22 commenced construction in November 2022. Current works-in-progress include site clearing and stripping. We anticipate titles to be issued between March 2024 and May 2024.
WOODLANDS NEIGHBOURHOOD
Woodlands Stage 301 (Stage 1)
Stage 301 commenced in December 2022. Bulk earthworks and sewer are underway. We anticipate titles to be issued between April 2024 and July 2024.
